1. Acceptance Criteria

To maintain the quality and accuracy of our inventory, we are limiting submissions to 10 items.

We accept items based on the following standards:

• Raw Cards: Minimum market value of $50 per card. Cards must be in "Lightly Played" condition or better.
• Graded Cards: We accept slabs from PSA, BGS, and CGC with a minimum market value of $100.
• Sealed Product: Booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), and vintage packs must be in original factory shrink-wrap with no significant tears, dents, or acrylic damage.
• Authentication: We reserve the right to refuse any item that shows signs of tampering or re-sealing.

2. Commission Structure

Our fees are tiered based on the final sale price of the individual item. This fee covers high-resolution photography, listing management, marketing, and secure storage.

3. Insurance

• • Storage & Handling: Once received, items are stored in a climate-controlled, smoke-free, and secure environment.
  • Liability: Our service carries optional insurance for the current market value of all items in our possession in the event of fire, theft, or accidental damage.

 

• OPTIONAL Insurance rates: NON-REFUNDABLE 3% fee based current market value of insured items.

 

4. Pricing and Listing Strategy

• Market Valuation: We use real-time data from TCGPlayer Market Price and eBay Sold Listings to determine initial asking prices.
• Listing Duration: Items will remain on display until withdrawn by the submitter or item is sold.
• Price Adjustments: If an item remains unsold after 30 days, we may reduce the price by 10% to reflect current market trends, unless a "Floor Price" was explicitly agreed upon in writing.

5. Payout Process

• Frequency: Payouts are issued SAME BUSINESS DAY after the payment has been received
• Payment Methods: We offer payments via Zelle, PayPal, and Cash.
• Documentation: Every payout includes a detailed statement breaking down the sale price, marketplace fees, and our commission.

6. Return of Unsold Items

The Consigner may withdraw unsold items at any time.
